Rev Jennifer Rachlin Holbrook, MA, RhT, CMS-CHt, FIBH dates her sensitivity back to age five, when she had her first encounter with her spirit guides. She was blessed in having just the right people in her life to guide her including her grandmother, who has since crossed over. She was also fortunate to have supportive parents who practiced alternative health care.

At the age of 8, Rev J was diagnosed with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This has not stopped her from her lifetime pursuit of knowledge and education. Rev J earned her BS of Social Work in 1989 from Frostburg State University, and her MA in School/Guidance Counseling for the Deaf from the prestigious Gallaudet University in 1997. She practiced in the Mental Health field for over 10 years. It was during this time, that Rev J turned to sugar and alcohol to self-medicate. She has been an active part of the recovery community for over 30 years.

Rev J became dissatisfied with the lack of results through traditional methods and the lack of acceptance of alternative methods, and began her formal investigation into non-traditional healing practices. In 1997, after being confronted with serious debilitating health issues, and unable to take traditional medications, she became certified through the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotist) in Hypnosis and began practicing Reiki.

In 2001, Rev J retired from Mental Health and returned to her roots. She earned her Bachelors of Science as a Metaphysician Practitioner and was certified as a Spiritual Healer from the Patricia Hayes School of Inner Sense Development, Delphi University, McCaysville, Ga. She is a Reiki Master and holds certifications in Mediumship, Color and Sound Healing, Ro-Hun (RhT), Iridology, Life Coaching, Crystal Energy Guide, Angel Numerology, and as a Certified Angel Tarot Reader (CART) and Angel Guide. She also holds certification as a Trauma-Sensistive HeartMath® Practitioner. Rev J has a “Gang” of spirit guides/helpers as well as her energetic collective called “PESHMA” whom she brings through via trance channeling.

In 2024, Rev J furthered her education and has 500 hours education in Integral Hypnotherapy® through the Hypnotherapy Academy of America. She was awarded certifications in Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapy and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and is a Fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy.

Rev J is also an Ordained Minister in good standing with the Church of Wisdom, McCaysville, GA. She is currently writing her first book about all her experiences and how to help others. Rev J’s main philosophy is that there are strong connections between the mind, body and spirit. Working with only one or two of these components does not allow you to feel the wholeness of your nature. It is like working only with the mind and spirit—leaving out the body. In doing so, this leaves you less grounded and able to take on every day life.

Rev J continues to hold space for others who live with chronic pain and/or illnesses as she navigates the waters herself. She has a passion for helping others find their sails to navigate their journey and empower themselves with the healing power of the mind. Rev J resides in Florida with her husband and her Service/Medical Alert dog Stella.

“Because your circumstances do not define you—Know that you are Healthy, Whole and Complete just as you are—Now is the time to own your greatness and shine your light bright” – Rev J and The Gang
